Thank you – clean sweep as Lib Dems win all 3 council seats in Beauchief and Greenhill

by richardshaw on 11 May, 2016

I would like to say thank you to all the residents who took part in last week’s local elections and those who supported myself, Bob Pullin and Andy Nash to be your local councillors in Beauchief & Greenhill ward.

It is a great privilege to have been re-elected, with a greatly increased majority, and I look forward to continuing my work, both within the council and in the community, alongside Andy and Bob.

The Liberal Democrats were the only party to increase their number of seats on Sheffield City Council in last week’s election, demonstrating we are the only party that can consistently challenge Labour in Sheffield. We also made the biggest gains of any party nationally, showing that the Lib Dem Fightback is still strong across the country.

As always, please do feel free to contact me or my colleagues if there is anything we can help you with.

The full election results for our ward were:
